Shipping and payment

• Delivery in Poland and Europe is carried out in two ways: by courier service "DPD" or "UPC"
• Payment for untimely selection of goods is carried out by the Buyer.
•  According to your choice, the goods are delivered to you personally at the address specified in the order.
• The delivery time of the order depends on the availability of the goods ordered by the Buyer, as well as on the timing of approbation in the State Enterprise of Assay Control and the form of payment and delivery of the order chosen by him.
• The customer understands that a situation may arise in the organization in which the delivery will take longer than agreed with the sales manager (delivery delay by courier services, bank failures when making transfers, etc.). At the same time, the organization does not assume any obligations to compensate for any losses of the Customer associated with late delivery of the order.
• For its part, the Customer undertakes to accept the goods at the address indicated in the order at the specified time or entrust the acceptance of the order to a trusted person. In any case, the manager of the ZL Jewelry online store and the Customer must agree on the delivery time between themselves and strive to complete the order at the set time.
• Checking the delivered goods When the ordered goods are handed over to the Buyer, both parties are obliged to check the conformity of the actually delivered goods with the ones indicated in the receipt: name, description, quantity and price of each of the goods units.
• All products are delivered in original branded packaging.
