Orders and contact7
How do I order?

Email your file, sketch or photo: wax printing — 3dwoskpl@gmail.com, finished jewellery — b2b@zl.jewelry. We reply with our terms of cooperation and a short questionnaire. Once it's filled in, we start work.

Where are you?

Our workshop is in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 64. We serve all of Poland by courier.

Can I visit in person?

Yes, we're happy to meet, and you can collect orders in person. To avoid mistakes, we accept files and orders by email only.

Do you work only with businesses?

This page, its prices and terms are for businesses (B2B) only: jewellers, workshops, shops and brands. Private clients are served by our showroom on different terms.

How do I check my order status?

We confirm when we receive the file, start production and ship. Email is the main channel; we can mirror updates on WhatsApp if you prefer.

Can I combine several models in one order?

Yes, that's even easier: send all files in one email and we'll quote them together.

Is there a queue?

16 µm printing runs every day. Casting and finished pieces follow a schedule; the project manager gives the lead time with the quote.

Files and 3D design11
Which file formats do you accept?

STL and 3DM. Ideally zipped.

Do you check the file before work?

Yes, free of charge. If we find an error, we tell you before printing and suggest a fix.

What if I sent a faulty file?

We don't print “as is” if we can see the result may fail: we'll tell you and suggest a correction.

Can you edit my file?

Yes, our designers make edits, from minor to major. The cost depends on the work involved; we quote it before starting.

Can you model from a photo or sketch?

Yes. Our 10+ designers prepare a 3D model and a render for your approval.

Do you have ready-made models?

Yes, over 1,000 3D models of our own. For a unique design, it's best to send your own file or sketch.

What is the maximum model size?

Up to 127 × 178 × 64 mm. Larger models are split into parts.

Do you print fine details?

Yes, from 0.2 mm, though a lot depends on the design. For reliability we recommend 0.8–1.2 mm connectors.

Do you add sprues and supports?

Yes, we can design them for you or use yours. Sprue design is a paid service.

Will my models stay confidential?

Yes. We use files only for your order and never share or publish them. If needed, mark your email CONFIDENTIAL.

How long do you keep files?

12 months, for reprints. On request, we delete them as soon as the order is complete.

Wax printing (3D WoskPL)12
How much does printing cost?

It depends on the model's volume (cm³) and the 8 / 16 / 25 µm mode. The calculator in the partner zone shows the exact price for your file.

What are the print and shipping times?

16 µm — every day: files by 18:00, shipped the next working day at 12:00. 8 and 25 µm — at least once a week.

What's the difference between 8, 16 and 25 µm?

8 µm — maximum detail; 16 µm — the balance of quality and speed (standard); 25 µm — faster and more economical.

Is the first print free?

Yes, a new client's first wax model up to 1 cm³ is free. Larger models are charged per the price list.

Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order a single model. The smallest wax model has a minimum price, shown in the partner price list.

Can you rush it?

Yes, priority Express printing is available when printer capacity allows. We confirm the timing straight away.

Are there discounts and a subscription?

Yes: the price per cm³ drops with volume, and the subscription for regular clients gives up to −50%. A fully completed questionnaire earns 100 zł off your first print.

What wax do you use?

Industrial casting wax for gold, silver and platinum. Technical specifications on request.

Which printers do you use?

Industrial 3D Systems ProJet MJP 300W and MJP 2500W.

How is your printing different?

The 8 µm mode gives detail for the finest jewellery, and we print 16 µm every day. Send a model and compare for yourself.

Do you print in other materials?

Our main material is casting wax. Plastic and resin are discussed case by case.

Do you print for dentistry?

We specialise in jewellery models. For dental projects, send the file and we'll tell you if we can help.

Casting and metal6
Do you cast in metal?

Yes: gold 585 in all colours, gold 750 and silver. Platinum is cast by trusted partners, price on request.

Whose wax models do you cast?

Those printed on our printers and yours. We don't make rubber moulds.

What about resin models?

We cast them, but without a guaranteed result. To be safe, send several copies — each is cast and charged per the price list.

Your gold or mine?

Whichever suits you: casting in our metal with a VAT invoice, or in yours. Pure 999 gold is accepted one-to-one on an intake record.

I have scrap or a different alloy — what now?

We refine it at a trusted refinery at its cost, with no mark-up. Refining losses come out of the client's metal.

How is casting priced?

By the weight of the finished piece cut from the tree. The heavier the melt, the lower the price per gram. Express casting of a single flask is available.

Finished jewellery and stones9
What does a finished piece include?

3D, printing, casting, finishing, polishing, rhodium plating and hallmarking — you receive finished jewellery.

Which stones do you set?

Natural and lab-grown diamonds, cubic zirconia, coloured and synthetic stones. Prong, pavé, channel and bezel settings.

Can I supply my own stones?

Yes. We log them on an intake record: quantity, weight, size and declared value. For stones up to 2 mm, please add 2% spare.

Can you source stones?

Yes, our stones at an agreed price.

Is rhodium plating included?

Yes, it's included. If you don't need it, tell us and we'll skip it.

Do you hallmark?

Hallmarking at the assay office is included in the price.

What are the lead times?

From 5 working days after 3D approval and receipt of metal and stones. The project manager confirms the exact date.

Is there a warranty?

1 month on stone setting: it covers a stone falling out under normal wear.

Can I order based on a catalogue piece?

Yes, we'll pick a model from our work and adapt it for your client.

Payment, documents, delivery7
Do you issue invoices?

Yes, a VAT invoice for every order. Give us your company name and tax ID (NIP).

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, including from abroad. Finished jewellery is paid against a pro forma; we invoice after payment.

How do you deliver?

By courier across Poland at the carrier's rate, paid by the recipient. Gold is insured for its full value and handed over in person.

How do you pack wax models?

Each one in a container with cotton wool. Wax is fragile, so we recommend casting with us and receiving finished metal.

What if a model fails or has a defect?

Report it within 24 hours with a photo. If it's our fault, we reprint and recast free of charge.

My wax model broke after delivery?

Reprints are charged: we warn about wax fragility and show how we pack.

Are there terms for regular clients?

Yes: discounts, a priority queue, a subscription and package deals. Tell us your volumes and we'll tailor a programme.
