ZL Serwis Biżuterii works out of our family jewellery manufactory, ZL Jewelry Family Manufactory: chain soldering, ring and wedding band resizing, rhodium plating, clasp replacement, engraving — and repairs of any complexity. If a part is missing, we make it from scratch. Two locations in the centre: the manufactory at Marszałkowska 64 and a drop-off point at Browary Warszawskie, Grzybowska 43A.

Jewellery repair in central Warsaw
ZL Serwis Biżuterii is the jewellery repair service of ZL Jewelry. We accept repairs in two places: at the ZL Jewelry manufactory at ul. Marszałkowska 64 (Śródmieście), where our master jeweller works, and at the KiANIT Jewelry wedding ring salon in Browary Warszawskie, ul. Grzybowska 43A. Open Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00, and on trading Sundays. We repair gold, silver and platinum jewellery: chain and bracelet soldering, ring and wedding band resizing, replacing clasps, posts and springs, re-securing stone settings, polishing, rhodium plating and laser engraving.
Most customers come in with a broken chain, a ring that has become too big or too small, a lost stone or white gold that has lost its shine. Chain soldering starts from PLN 70, including local polishing and ultrasonic cleaning. Resizing a wedding band without stones — from PLN 50. Rhodium plating brings back the shine of white gold and protects silver from tarnishing.
Our repair service works out of the ZL Jewelry manufactory, so we take on repairs of any complexity. For delicate pieces with stones we use laser soldering: it doesn't heat the stone and leaves no marks. If a part is missing, we make a new one — from a bail or clasp to a ring shank or stone setting — in the right size and fineness.

How much does chain soldering cost in Warsaw?
Soldering a chain in one place — from PLN 70, including local polishing and ultrasonic cleaning. Hollow chains — from PLN 100. We give the exact price after inspection.
Can you make a ring smaller or bigger?
Yes. Stretching up by 1 size — from PLN 50, up to 2 sizes — PLN 80. Sizing down by cutting — from PLN 100, with stones — from PLN 120. Wedding bands without stones — from PLN 50 (up to 1.5 sizes).
How long does a jewellery repair take?
Usually 1–5 working days. Laser soldering — 2–4 days; making new parts (bail, clasp) — 3 to 14 days.
What is rhodium plating and how much is it?
Rhodium plating is a thin rhodium coating that restores the shine of white gold and protects silver from tarnishing. From PLN 30 per 1 g of the piece.
Where can I drop off jewellery for repair?
At two places in central Warsaw: the ZL Jewelry manufactory at ul. Marszałkowska 64 (master on site, immediate inspection) and the drop-off point at the KiANIT Jewelry salon, Browary Warszawskie, ul. Grzybowska 43A. Both open Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00 and on trading Sundays.
Can I send jewellery for repair by post?
Yes, we accept repairs from all over Poland. Contact our manager — we'll explain how to pack and send the parcel. We unpack it on video, agree the price, repair the piece and send it back by insured delivery.
Do I need an appointment?
We also accept walk-ins, but with a booking the master will inspect your piece at the agreed time without waiting. You can book online on this page.
Can you quote a repair from a photo?
Yes, send photos on WhatsApp — we'll give a first estimate of price and time. The final price is set after inspection at the manufactory.
Can you remake a lost part?
Yes. ZL Serwis Biżuterii works out of the ZL Jewelry manufactory: we recreate bails, clasps, ear wires, settings, ring shanks and custom parts from a photo or the matching piece. Price on request, lead time 3 to 14 days.
Do you repair jewellery bought elsewhere?
Yes, we repair any gold, silver and platinum jewellery, wherever it was bought.
Do you engrave wedding rings?
Yes, laser engraving: up to 5 characters — PLN 50, 5 to 50 characters — PLN 100, monogram or drawing — from PLN 80.
